Flood damages, June 9-10, 1972. Looking across Box Elder Creek from the east to west from the road bed. Flod waters took out the bridge and removed approximataly 400 feet of road grade.

The chain link fence surrounding the National Guard equipment storage yard is shown with steel posts uprooted and fence broken and tangled by flood waters. Note tree trunk in the center os the year, as well as the sod stripped out of the road shoulder .
