The ceremony is held each spring to recognize SDSM& T students, faculty, staff members, and community leaders for their outstanding work and support of the university. University President Richard J. Gowen presented the students with their awards. The names, hometowns and respective awards of students from Rapid City and the surrounding area are as follows: BISON: Joshua Goddard: Outstanding Mechanical Engineering Student Award BLACK HAWK: Scott Cooper: J. A.
