Social hour begins at 6 p.m. Dinner begins at 7 p.m. Pat Galloway, the first woman to serve as American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) president in its 150-year history, will serve as keynote speaker. ASCE is the professional organization for the civil engineering industry. Tech invites everyone to attend. Tickets are $15 each, and can be purchased at the door.
