Chuck Murray, Industrial Engineering Tech made the usual Homecoming royalty pair a set of three by crowning two Queens and a King during a ceremony Thursday, Sept. 25. Nick Newell, a senior Computer Engineering major from Havre, Mont., was elected Homecoming King. Stephanie Beck, a senior Industrial Engineering major from Rapid City, and Naomi Fossen, a senior Civil Engineering major from Pierre, were elected Homecoming Queens. Tech crowned two Queens because Beck and Fossen tied in voting by students. The royalty will preside over the M-Week parade and the Homecoming football game, both scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 27. The parade begins at 11 a.m. at Third and Main streets, travels through downtown Rapid City, and ends at O'Harra Stadium, where the Homecoming game begins at 1 p.m. #30#SDSM&T News 501 E.
