St. Joseph Street • Rapid City, SD 57701- 3995 Phone: ( 605) 394- 6082/ 2554 • Fax: ( 605) 394- 6177 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ( November 26, 1997) SDSM& T CONCERT CHOIR & MASTER CHORALE TO PRESENT CHRISTMAS CONCERT IN LEAD ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 30 The South Dakota School of Mines & Technology Concert Choir and Master Chorale will present their 15th Annual Christmas Concert, " The Birth, Joy & Celebration of Christmas, " in Lead this Sunday, November 30. Conducted by Dr. Susan Reid, the concert will begin at 7: 30 p. m. in Christ Church Episcopal. Admission is free. The Concert Choir will perform the following works: " On This Day"; " Tiny King"; " Jesus, Jesus Rest Your Head"; " The Glory of the Father"; " O Come, All Ye Faithful"; " Glory to God in the Highest"; " Magnificat"; " Totus tuus"; " Carol of the Bells"; " Riu, Rui, Chiu"; " Silent Night"; and " White Christmas." The Master Chorale, an auditioned vocal ensemble, will perform " Allon, Gay Bergers"; " Carol of the Drum"; " Hodie Chrisstus natus est"; " Magnificat"; and " Ding! Dong! Merrily on High." Chris Hoff of Lead is among the SDSM& T students performing in the Christmas Concert.
