Volleyball The South Dakota School of Mines women's volleyball team made their final North Dakota road trip of the regular season this past weekend where the Lady Hardrockers came away with some positive results, defeating both Valley City State and Mayville State. The two wins give the ‘Rocker netters an 18-4 overall record and guarantees them at least a fourth-place finish in the DAC standings. "The two wins this (past) weekend helps guarantee a first-round home match for us in the DAC tournament, " Honaker said. The Hardrockers won over Valley City State in three game, defeating the Vikings, 30-27, 31-29, 30-22.
