Bartelt is majoring in Electrical Engineering at South Dakota Tech, an engineering, science, and technology university in Rapid City, S.D. Bartelt has been involved with the Leadership Development Team and Solar Motion team. He has served as a Resident Assistant for one year and serves in Student Association. Wes Roth of Laramie, Wyo., was elected President. Roth has been active with United Campus Ministry and its Leadership Team, and with the Linux Users Group.
