TranscriptBy Brad Blume Sports Information Director South Dakota School of Mines RAPID CITY --- The South Dakota School of Mines football program along with Hardrocker head coach Dan Kratzer is pleased to announced the signing of Brett Brewer from Katy, Texas. Brewer is a 6-foot-2-inch, 250 pound defensive lineman who attended Seven Lakes High School in Katy. He has the strength and size to be an impact player for the Hardrockers next season. "Brett was recruited to play right away for the Hardrockers, " said Kratzer. "Lets hope he fills that billing for us." While attending South Dakota School of Mines, Brewer will study engineering.
