Dondelinger's topic will be "From Bosnia to bin Laden and Beyond: Identity Conflicts in World Politics." Dondelinger will speak in Classroom Building Room 204. Tech invites the public to attend. Dondelinger, a native of Luxembourg, teaches government and international affairs at Augustana, a private college in Sioux Falls. #30#
