McDonald scholarships. Sander is a Mechanical Engineering major from Bismarck, N.D. The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors selected Sander for the award. Howard Pfaff, South Dakota's Chief Boiler Inspector, presented Sander with the award Wednesday, March 27. Sander will use the scholarship to finish his degree at South Dakota Tech. The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors was created in 1919 to promote safety through uniformity in the construction, installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels. #30# |
