The Leadership Development Team is comprised of students whose mission is to provide Tech students with opportunities to become confident and qualified leaders. The team's goal is to prepare students for leadership roles in their careers after graduation. Marshall is pursuing a degree in Laramie, Wyo. South Dakota Tech strongly believes in the importance of leadership in today's marketplace, and the university works hard to make sure students learn leadership skills.
