Donna Hughes- Hargraves, United Campus Ministry director, will talk about their recent missionary trip to India during an event scheduled for 7: 30 p. m. Wednesday, April 18, in the Surbeck Student Center Bump Lounge. During their trip, the group of 10 taught in Indian schools and helped with a construction project. Each student raised $ 2, 000 for the trip. The group raised an additional $ 3, 000 for a construction project. " I learned so much, " Hughes- Hargraves said. " I was challenged, I was touched and I was disturbed by what I saw. I also was encouraged. Like the students, I can say it was the best thing I've ever done.��� The event is open to the public. ++ 30++ |
