Technology. Chell was a candidate for! a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, and] Huber was a candidate for a B.S, ! degree in Computer Engineering. SDSM&T's 136th commencement ceremony was held December 20 in the ' Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Theater. The commencement address was given by Dr. Raymond J. Leopold, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the Motorola Satellite] Communications Group. Leopold also was presented with an Honorary Doctorate of Telecommunications Management during the ceremony.
