St. Joseph Street • Rapid City, SD 57701- 3995 Phone: ( 605) 394- 6082/ 2554 • Fax: ( 605) 394- 6177 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE ( July 19, 1999) WHITEWOOD STUDENT RECEIVES SCHOLARSHIP FROM SDSM& T Tia Stalder of Whitewood was recently selected to receive the Peggy Lee Hansen Scholarship at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology ( SDSM& T). The Peggy Lee Hansen Scholarship is a Presidential Scholarship established by Walter G. Hansen ( CE ' 53) to honor his wife. The scholarship is for the 1999- 00 academic year and is renewable for three additional years contingent on maintaining a 3.00 cumulative grade point average and continued enrollment at SDSM& T as a full- time student. Stalder is a 1999 graduate of Sturgis Brown High School and is the daughter of Robin.
