St. Joseph Street Rapid City, SD 57701- 3995 Phone: ( 605) 394- 6082/ 2554 Fax: ( 605) 394- 6177 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: ( March 8, 1999) HAM LAKE STUDENT SPENDS SPRING BREAK ON SERVICE WORK TOUR OF ISRAEL WITH SDSM& T UNITED CAMPUS MINISTRY GROUP Brad Schleeter of Ham Lake is spending his college spring break on a service work tour of Israel with a United Campus Ministry group from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology ( SDSM& T). Schleeter is a senior civil and environmental engineering major at South Dakota Tech. During their tour of Israel, Schleeter and several SDSM& T students are doing service work and learning about the region's religious and cultural heritage. The group will be working at a YMCA or Hope School in Bethlehem or Nazareth. Sites they will be visiting include the Sea of Galilee, Mount Carmel, Nazareth, Sepphoris, Jordan River, Wadi Hamman, Jordan Valley, Jericho, Qumran, and Jerusalem.
