Dawn, a senior chemistry major, is the daughter of Merle and Susan Recker of Gillette. The Palmerton Hall Council is her campus sponsoring organization for the Homecoming Court. Her activities at SDSM& T include the following: Resident Assistant, Circle K International, Students Against Driving Drunk, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, and Palmerton Hall Council. Her hobbies and interests include cooking, traveling, gardening, hiking, and volunteering at SHARE South Dakota. The coronation of this year's homecoming king and queen will be held Thursday, September 24, at 7: 30 p. m. in the Surbeck Center Ballroom.
