Crook was a candidate for a B. S. degree in Civil Engineering with Highest Honors ( 3.80- 4.00 GPA). Fetzer was a candidate for a B. S. in Electrical Engineering. The commencement address was given by James E. Despain, Vice President of Caterpillar, Inc.' s Track- Type Tractors Division.
