" Utilizing ARAMARK's national buying power and expertise will be an excellent step forward for SDSM& T. This change will allow us to make more options available for our students at a variety of venues while increasing our operational efficiency, " said Tim Henderson, Director of Business and Administration for SDSM& T. ARAMARK, a global managed services company, will operate the dining services for SDSM& T under the leadership of two individuals described by the company as two of its best managers. ARAMARK currently is working on a renovation schedule to the Miner's Shack snack bar located in the Surbeck Center. " The management team is working hard to fine tune all its operations for opening day, as well as accomplish some renovations to dining areas before school starts, " said Jerry Throener, District Manager, ARAMARK Campus Services.
