Hettinger Gym Has New Name
After the Hettinger high gymnasium was refinished, the Hettinger School Board and Superintendent Steven Rassiu decided to give it a name. The Hettinger gym is now known as the Roberts-Reinke Auditorium.
On Dec. 23, 1993 at the Christmas basketball tournament, the dedication ceremony was held. Superintendent Steve Rassiu and president of school board, Gary Dewhirst, presented plaques to Elaine Reinke and each of her sons, Bernett, Rod and Max. Elaine gave a short response.
