Learn how flowers grow
Just like you, plants and flowers need a good start to grow up strong. Come and plant flowers, and help make that happen. Children ages 6 to 12 can put their mark in the dirt during the Children’s Science Center next Summer Enrichment class of the season.
The Center will offer the one-day “Digging in the Dirt” class from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, June 19, at the Center, 515 West Blvd., Rapid City. The class will be divided into two age groups – 6 to 8 years old and 9 to 12 years old. Classes are limited to the first 20 who register.
The cost for the class is $10 for Science Center members and $12 for non-members.
You can pick up and drop off registration forms at the Center
“Digging in the Dirt” is part of a summer-long series of classes that will allow children to explore and learn interesting and important topics. The classes are sure to enrich any child’s summer.
