Seminar Tackles Nuclear Testing
The Sigma Xi scientific research society at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology will host a brown bag seminar at noon Wednesday, Feb. 13, in the Surbeck Center Dorr Room on campus.
William Roggenthen, a professor in Tech’s Department of Geology and Geological Engineering, will speak about the “ Status of the International Monitoring System and its Relation to Nuclear Testing in a Dangerous World.” Sigma Xi invites the public to attend.
