“ Airline Travel Tips,” 3: 30 p. m., Surbeck Student Center Bump Lounge. All Tech students – especially those planning to take plant trips – faculty and staff are invited to attend this presentation by Jeannie Peterson of AAA Travel. Whether you are a first- time or a frequent flyer, this session should offer useful information regarding your rights as an airline passenger, recent changes in airport security and other tips on air travel.

Friday, Oct. 19 Spooky Science Sleepover – 7 p. m. to 8 a. m. Saturday. Play all sorts of ghoulish science games and try not to be scared by one of our ghost stories. Watch a movie and eat snacks. $ 25 for members, $ 27.50 for non- members.
Saturday, Oct. 20 Animal Antics, 10: 30 a. m.
Meet all the animals that are housed at the Children’s Science Center and learn about their behavior and habitats. Free with admission to the Science Center.
