SDSM& T’s 136th commencement ceremony was held December 20th in the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center Theater. The commencement address was given by Dr. Raymond J. Leopold, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of the Motorola Satellite Communications Group. Leopold also was presented with an Honorary Doctorate of Telecommunications Management during the ceremony.
