WYOMING STUDENTS ARE CANDIDATES FOR DEGREES FROM SDSM& T
Several Wyoming students were candidates for degrees from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology during SDSM& T’s spring commencement on May 9th. Area candidates for Bachelor of Science degrees from SDSM& T with their hometown and major are as follows:
Casper: James Cochran, Electrical Engineering
Kenneth Holsten, Metallurgical Engineering
Jeremy Weiss, Electrical Engineering
Cheyenne: Aaron Asquith, Civil Engineering with High Honors
Melanie Asquith, Civil Engineering
Douglas: Jay Johnson, Mining Engineering with Highest Honors
Gillette: Patrick Tipton, Electrical Engineering
Glenrock: Holly Guillaume, Civil Engineering
Brett Mollman, Mechanical Engineering
Newcastle: Scott Krogman, Mathematics
Powell: Zachary Thorington, Mechanical Engineering
Riverton: Nathan Chupka, Metallurgical Engineering with Highest Honors
Sheridan: Dawn Morrison, Chemical Engineering
Sundance: Jerry Peterson, Mechanical Engineering
[ Highest Honors: 3.80- 4.00 GPA; High Honors: 3.60- 3.79 GPA]
Kris Chupka of Riverton was a candidate for the Master of Science degree in Chemistry.
