SDSM& T STUDENT 1 OF 8 SELECTED NATIONWIDE FOR NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH PROJECT
Linda Alexander, a mathematics major at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, has been selected as one of eight students nationally to conduct an undergraduate research project for the National Science Foundation ( NSF). Linda is from Rapid and will be a senior this fall at South Dakota Tech.
She will spend eight weeks this summer at the University of Missouri- Rolla doing the research for her NSF- funded Math/ Computer Science Project. She will present the results of her research in a paper at the National Undergraduate Research Symposium this fall.
