Minnesota law firm
Richard E. Tollefson and Stephen J. Smith have announced that Mark J. Rahrick has become associated with them in the practice of law.
Mr. Rahrick is the son of Beatrice Rahrick of Ipswich, and a graduate of Ipswich Public High School.
Following his graduation from Ipswich High School in 1983, Mr. Rahrick obtained his undergraduate education at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in physics. Upon graduating summa cum laude from SDSM&T, Mr. Rahrick was employed for three years as an engineer wilh Honeywell Inc., Defense Avionics Systems Division, in Albuquerque, N.
-Before attending law school, Mr.
Rahrick was employed as an engineer with Ihe E.F. Johnson Company in Waseca, Minn., and made his home in Faribault, Minn.
Mr. Rahrick obtained his legal education at the University of Minnesota Law School, graduating cum laude with a J.D. degree in che spring of 1994. He has recently been admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Minnesota, and will practice with the firm of Smith & Tollefson at 113 West Main Street, in Owatonna.
Mr. Rahrick is married to Dr. Mary \ T. Rahrick. Dr. Rahrick specializes in pediatrics and will become associated with the Owatonna Clinic, P.A. in March of this year. The Rahricks will be moving to Owatonna in the near future.
