Local Students Inducted Into Freshman Honors Society
The following students from Aberdeen have been inducted into the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society at the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, an engineering and science university in Rapid City, S.D.
Eric Brandner, Civil Engineering
Rachel Mettler, Electrical Engineering
The Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society is a national organization that recognizes freshmen students with high grade-point averages. Phi Eta Sigma is the largest freshman honor society with more than 300 chapters throughout the United States and more than 600,000 members.
